Invisible Presence:
What that means
It may mean book-writing coach. Perhaps you want to write a book, think you could do it, but don't know where to begin or how to know if you're on the right track. A book coach would be the invisible presence behind your book.
It may mean ghostwriter. Let's say you are an expert in your subject matter and want to write a book about what you know. But you don't have the time or inclination to write it yourself. Your invisible presence is your ghostwriter.
It may be an editor. If you think you have a great idea, but you're not sure it's really worth a book, you need a developmental editor. If you have already written your book, but no one has evaluated it or fixed its obvious mistakes, you need a content editor. If your manuscript is ready to go to press but needs a microscopic look at grammar and punctuation, you need a copy editor. Any one of the three becomes the invisible, but essential, presence behind your book.
